Board Development
The most effective boards are clear and passionate about the vision, mission and work of the organization(s) they serve. They are well-informed about the organization’s work, needs, policies, finances, image in the community and effectiveness. We work to strengthen the capacity and effectiveness of boards through Board self-assessment, Board member interviews, developing Board effectiveness in fund raising strengthening Board-CEO partnership, identifying potential board members, and developing Board policies and manuals.
